This meditation was profoundly moving for me. At a time when I was feeling tight and stressed, I am now reconnected with myself and the Divine. Jay’s voice and words helped bring me to that space of deep relaxation and to a sense of Oneness. I will listen to this meditation again especially when I have difficulty falling asleep or stressed in the day.
    Thanks so much , Jay.

Sharon, I trust it was the Divine working through the meditation to give you the grace of reconnection and Oneness. I’m glad for you.
